Yes — every trainer passes a 7-step vetting process: NCCA-accredited certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA), a 50-state background check, references, and a personal interview. We carry $2M in liability coverage and only 1 in 10 applicants is hired.
Do you offer female trainers?+
